Manifesto
These are the principles behind every tool we build. They are not aspirations — they are constraints.
Tools, not platforms
Each tool does one thing. It does that thing well. It does not try to become a dashboard, a social network, or an ecosystem. If you need a habit tracker, you get a habit tracker.
Offline by default
Every tool works without an internet connection. Your data lives on your device. The network is a convenience, not a requirement.
No accounts required
You should be able to open a tool and use it immediately. No sign-up forms, no email verification, no passwords to manage. If you want sync, you can create an account then — but the tool works perfectly without one.
No tracking
We do not use analytics. We do not set cookies. We do not fingerprint browsers. We have no idea how many people use these tools, and that is fine. The tools exist to be useful, not to generate metrics.
Your data is yours
We never read, sell, or analyse your data. When sync is enabled, data is encrypted. When sync is not enabled, your data never leaves your device. There is no scenario where we access your information.
Simple and honest pricing
The tools are free. Sync costs money because servers cost money. That is the entire pricing model. No freemium tricks, no artificial limits on the free tier, no upselling.
Small and focused
We would rather have three excellent tools than thirty mediocre ones. Every new tool must earn its place by solving a real problem clearly and completely.
What this means in practice
We will say no to most feature requests. Not because they are bad ideas, but because adding features has a cost that compounds. Every feature makes the tool harder to understand, harder to maintain, and harder to keep reliable.
We will not add social features. These tools are for you, not for sharing, comparing, or competing. Your habits are your business.
We will not chase growth. If the tools are useful, people will use them. If they are not useful, no amount of marketing will fix that.
